Return and Refund Policy

Shipping Information
We use Royal Mail (Other couriers are also used for certain products) for our deliveries and  our postage rate includes all packaging and handling fees. All the delivery services used require a signature. We reserve the right to use other courier services.
Regrettably we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Dispatch Times:
We aim to process and post all orders by the end of the next working day, in busy times it may take slightly longer.
Please check product, as certain products have longer dispatch times due to suppliers.
In certain circumstances it may be necessary for us to split your order into separate deliveries in order that you receive your purchases as swiftly as possible.
We do not charge any extra if we decide to do this.
Once we have dispatched the products we are unable to cancel any orders.


Addresses:
We will send your orders to delivery addresses stated at the time of ordering, please ensure the address is correct when placing an order. Incorrect addresses may delay your order.
If different to your registered address PLEASE get in contact with us.

What Happens Next:
We will inform you when the items have been sent with a Dispatch Notice

Delivery Times:
Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 working days of the shipping date From receiving dispatch notice from Pewter World.

Please let us know as soon as possible. As we can arrange this if requested

United Kingdom Orders deliveries are
UK - Starting from £3.50 per order
Ireland - Starting from £4.99
per order
Select EU - Starting from £9.99 per order
Select international Countries - Starting from £13.99 per order

Returns
In the event that any order is incorrect, it must be notified to us within 7 (seven) days after delivery.
In the case of incorrect orders, the products shall be returned to us and we shall redeliver the correct order at our own cost.
If, in the rare event that you do receive an incorrect or faulty order, please notify us immediately.
Due to hygiene considerations we cannot accept returns of earrings or other pierced type jewellery that has been worn unless there is a fault with the item.
Unfortunealy we cannot accept returns of engraved or personalized goods unless a mistake has taken place on our behalf.In this unlikely situation we will resend the item at our own cost AFTER we have recieved the incorrectly engraved item or have proof of return
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card(or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We only refund the cost of the item purchased and the minimum delivery charge


Missing/Damaged Packages
All items are opened and checked for damage so none leave us in a broken state. We will refund replace any packages that go missing but not until Royal Mail have refunded us. (Please note this is 28 Days from date of Delivery)
