Shipping Information
We primarily use Royal Mail for deliveries, though certain products may be shipped via other couriers. Our postage rates include all packaging and handling fees. All delivery services used require a signature upon receipt. We reserve the right to use alternative courier services as necessary.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Processing & Dispatch:
We aim to process and dispatch all orders by the end of the next working day. However, during busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
Some products may have extended dispatch times due to supplier lead times—please check individual product details for specific information.
If necessary, we may split your order into separate deliveries to ensure faster receipt. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Delivery Addresses:
Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all details are correct, as incorrect addresses may delay your order.
If your shipping address differs from your registered address, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive a Dispatch Notice once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times:
UK Orders: Typically delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Urgent Orders: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an alternative delivery option.
Shipping Costs:
UK: From £4.50 per order.
Ireland: From £8.50 per order.
International: We can deliver to select countries. A fully tracked delivery quote will be provided via email upon request.
Returns Policy
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incorrect order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
The incorrect items must be returned to us, and we will resend the correct order at no additional cost.
Engraved & Personalised Items:
We do not accept returns on engraved or personalised items unless an error has occurred on our part or the item is faulty.
If we have made a mistake, we will replace the item at our expense once we have received the incorrect item or proof of return.
If, as a goodwill gesture, we agree to accept the return of a non-faulty engraved or personalised item, a 20% restocking fee will apply as these items cannot be resold. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Standard Returns:
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
- Undelivered or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, unclaimed, or the wrong address was provided, we will refund the product price minus any delivery costs incurred. Personalised or engraved items are non-refundable in these cases.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
If approved, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Refunds typically take a few business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We only refund the cost of the purchased item and the minimum delivery charge.
Missing or Damaged Packages
All items are checked for damage before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition when shipped.
If your package is missing, we will issue a refund or replacement only after Royal Mail confirms the loss, which may take up to 28 days from the delivery date.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- International Delivery Delays
For international deliveries, delays may occur due to customs checks or local postal handling. These delays are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. - Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Product Images
While we make every effort to ensure product images are accurate, they are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, engraving styles, finishes, proportions, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown. If there is any difference, the written product description will take precedence.
