Great product, great service

First box arrived. Great gift but damaged on the corner through no fault of the supplier. Royal Mail dropped it over my gate. I notified Andy at PW and he offered to me an identical replacement, no questions asked. He didn’t even want the old one back. We chatted about it on email Sat morning and a new undamaged brilliant box arrived Tuesday morning. Just brilliant all round. Highly recommend PW. Well done guys. P
