Great tankard, great service

Andy in customer service could not have been more helpful throughout. Lots of prompt communication and extremely accommodating to each little request we put in, including engraving a family crest rather than just writing. All work done to a very high standard. Couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Fabulous service

I haven't actually seen the quaich yet as it was sent directly to my son-in-law's parents. My daughter says that it's beautiful however. Andy was extremely helpful as I made a mistake in the postal address and he phoned me to confirm. I definitely recommend
