Trinket box is lovely but Royal Mail service disappointing.

Pretty trinket box. Nicely engraved. Sent next day as promised but Royal Mail failed to deliver as promised.

Lovely money box but I was a little disappointed with the engraving - I was expecting it to be on 4 lines (which I paid for) but it was all on one.
